Xander grew up at NRACT, becoming a constant presence whose impact was felt both on and off the stage. He was the inaugural recipient of the Elizabeth Grimes-Droessler Volunteer Award, an honor that recognized his unwavering dedication. The term “Xanderized” was affectionately coined by the NRACT family in tribute to his love of cleaning and his meticulous attention to detail—always striving to make the theatre a better place for all.
